• No return shipment required — we will process your replacement swiftly and with care.

2. Conditions for Exchange

• Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Requests must be made within 14 days of receipt.
• Shipping costs may apply unless the issue originated from our end.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items
